Blower motor problem with 1997 Pontiac GTP...?

I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP. My wipers were stuck upright and my blower motor quit working. I have since found a blown fuse and replaced. My wipers returned to the off position once I completed the circuit with the new fuse.(dummy) My display showes the fan settings and temp but I have no fan at all. Is this the resistor or the motor it's self?
