Does she like crackers? Wheat thins just came out with a new brand called fiber select. You can try those. How about yogurt? Try Fiber One yogurt..it contains 5 grams per little container. Have you tried buying Benefiber powder and sprinkling it on her food or in her drink? It is tasteless and doesn't change the texture. Beans are also a great source of fiber.
Hope this helps!

I'd stick with the powder as someone else suggested. Obviously try fruits and veggies as they are healthy anyways, but if she picks at it, atleast you have the benefiber. Try adding fruit to frozen yogurt and flavored yogurt. Make fun fruit smoothies with this.
Add loads of veggies to pizza underneath lots of cheese.
Make "ants on a log"- celery stick with peanut butter and raisons.
Make homemade mini pizzas- whole wheat bread, with tomato/speghetti sauce, tomatoes, cheese, and simply microwaved
