Does anyone know of this video on the Oklahoma City Bombing and views on the death penalty for the bomber?

I saw a documentary a while ago about how the victims' families felt about the bomber being executed. There was one man who said that at first he wanted the bomber to die so that he would know what it was like for his daughter but then said that it didn't make her come back and it didn't make his sadness go away. That's the only part I really remember. I'm doing a research project and we need five different types of sources and I thought the video would be something different to have but I don't recall the name of it. Does anyone know?

Thanks!
