my computer stops on video playback. What can I do to get it past "buffering?"?

if you're watching "Streaming" video then pause the playback
and watch the progress bar when the progress bar gets to the end the whole thing is on your drive in "temporary internet files"
start the playback and it shouldn't stop or jitter
if it still does then the machine is to old & slow, bloated with unnecessary bloatware or doesn't have enough RAM

Appearently your computer is...
A. too slow to buffer videos fast or...
B. the website you are watching videos on is too far away from you, or they don't have good quality videos.
