I think without knowing details we are guessing. I know the 22.5 for oversite on the bill sounds like someone is being paid that much to watch it & this is so much more complicated then that. I trust our President & the brilliant people he surrounds himself with & this bill alone amazes me as far as how much work was put into this. I am a person that sees prosperity not lack so I don't see anything that I can actually tell that is an earmark or wasteful but I trust it will be taken care of...I find it astounding that Bush was giving almost a trillion dollar surplus from Clinton & did nothing with it which cost us so much more. He robbed us of this money & now people keep complaining as if Obama is doing that when nothing he has ever done should give them reason to be suspicious or that.

There's 5 billion to build a railroad connecting Disney and Vegas. The environmental studies required, prevent this from getting started for 5-10 years.

Good thing they rushed it through without reading it huh ?

The military spending will do the most good. Military spending is drastically undervalued.

The least amount of good goes to the Census Bureau. The constitution states that the purpose of the census is to get a head count to apportion representatives. I highly doubt they need $1 billion to do that and it won't do anything for the economy.

I believe they will all stimulate the economy in different ways, and the reason I think that is that every reputable economist, from the left or the right, has said that this is true.

Just because you do not see how the stimulus will work does not mean that it won't work. Things ripple out in ways you cannot know.

    Are we ready,

they plan to stimulate the economy with war.
