Medium. I don't believe in ghosts or the supernatural, but I love good drama and science fiction and ghosts make for good drama.
In Medium, there's a married couple with 3 daughters. The family life aspect comes across as very real.

If we are limited to comedy then I would say The Frighteners. Some might say it's not strictly comedy but I think it's truly hysterical.
