Can I use Carnation evaporated canned milk to make my pancakes?

Yes you can. I've did it before when I was desperate. They do have a canned milk taste to them. Follow the directions on the can for milk. I think it is one can of milk to one can of water. Then use it just like milk in the receipt. If you add a little lemon juice to the diluted canned milk it will even be better. It is a substitute for butter milk.

Yes, of course. If you want to add a coupla tablespoons of water to the milk, that is okay too.

Yes they will be a little richer but they will turn out just fine.
