What does a faint negative on a HPT mean?

for some people it comes + after 1 week u miss ur periods...wait another 1 week if still ur periods wont arrive then take a doc appointment and take a blood test...all the best...lot of baby dust to u..

I'm so sorry, but I think your period is just late. Most likely, you didn't urinate on the stick corrently, or hold the stick in a cup of your urine long enough, which is why the line is faintly negative.

I'm sorry, I know what it is like. Hubby and I have been TTC our first for a little over 2 years now. I've hoped and hoped that I had a false negative many times, only to get my period 2 days later. It's so depressing and heart breaking, and I am so sorry.

Wait 2-3 days, and if your period still hasn't come, try another HPT. Make sure you follow the instructions to the T -- please make note that if you're urinating into a cup and holding the stick in it, they recommend 20 seconds usually.

Sorry sweetie, I think your period is late. You could retest again to be sure. But if you don't get a period within 2 weeks you should call your obgyn to make sure everything is ok.

You period is on its way. Your probaly not pregnant. Faint or not..its USUALLY right.

Just so ya know you will get a False Negative before you ever get a False Positive,but it sounds like you arent....So grab your tampons or maxi's its on its way....
