She completely ignored the memos from the CIA and National Security Directors warning her of Osama bin Laden's plans to attack us inside the U.S. Then she lied to the UN to try and support Bush's plan to invade the wrong country after bin Laden did attack us. OK, I guess technically those are huge major personal failures and not accomplishments.
