    i don't know an exact number, but i know it's very expensive anywhere.

    can't help you with the rate, but a word of caution, roofs can be easily damaged when removing snow. i have repaired many.

    we are in MASS and charge $35 per hour,minimum of 4 hours.It's very reasonable
