What should my friend do about her grandmother?
Her grandmother is staring out the window.
Her eyes won't move.
She won't react or respond.
And she keeps repeating in a mumble "Dead, 3, 7."
She is very physically sick.
Is there something my friend can do?
It's not a joke I'm seriously trying to help her out.
I'm no kidding at all but my friend that when she sat with her, her grandma like slowly looked at her? I don't think she had a stroke O_O I'm not trying to freak anyone out, she says this is really happening.

If your friend's grandmother lives with her or on her own then she needs to be taken to a doctor or ER. She could have had a stroke or something else may have happened. A doctor will do tests to see how bad the situation is.
If she's in the hospital or a nursing home, then have your friend go to the duty nurse and see what can be done.

ok well i am sorry i just seen so many jokes on here before people making fun of old people that is why i thought it would be another one of those jokes. I have been told old people are usually in a stage where they know they are going to pass away soon, they zone out into their own world and they tend to get better and better by day, or worse...it can be either one but i do hope that she goes in a stage and comes back out of it...hope for the best!
