24 weeks, awful pain?

I'm only 24 weeks, but the pains I'm getting are like you would expect at the end of pregnancy.

I have cramps in my lower belly a lot and I'm not sure if I am having BH or not, sometimes I think yes and other times I think not.

My back has been hurting pretty badly for a few weeks also, especially low, right above my butt. The cramps have been happening about the same amount of time. My doctor said it was from stress and told me to take it easier and not bend so much and rest more.

But now for the last few days, I have been experiencing this pain that is almost unbearable. I still have the cramps and back pain. But now I feel like my crotch is so sore, like someone kicked me between the legs. It hurts terribly, even seems like it hurts up inside. Sometimes my legs feel like there is something forcing them apart, like as if I had something between my legs. And my upper inner thighs hurt like I just went horseback riding all day or ran a marathon. They just ache so much. And it hurts like h--- when I try to turn over in bed, like my legs won't move right. And I am having trouble putting on pants because it hurts to lift my leg that high.

I need my DH to help me get dressed, help me in and out of the car, help me up from the couch... I feel like an old lady that can barely move around.

Has anyone else had this?! Is this normal? Am I gonna go into labor too early and possibly lose my baby? I'm really worried. I'm gonna call my doctor first thing in the morning and see if I can get an appointment. But I am just wondering if anyone else has had this and knows what is happening.

There are a lot of things going on in your abdomen at this point that could be causing pain. Isn't pregnancy delightful? :)

You're smart to get it checked out with your dr though. It will give you peace of mind.

It's probably better not to listen to other people (even those who have had experiences like yours) just to be safe. Case and point, everyone told me that I was probably just having bad round ligament pain at 22 weeks (I didn't ask the dr right away). Anyway, it turned out to be a kidney stone that was somewhat asymptomatic and therefore kind of hard to diagnose.

    Hope you feel better soon!

I don't know about the thighs hurting, but I can relate to the stabbing crotch pain. It literally feels like knife going right up my whohaw and with each pregnancy it starts earlier and earlier. Your body and the placenta are producing major amounts of hormones to cause your muscles, ligaments, and joints to loosen and prepare for labor. What this means for you is a ton of aches and pains that you didn't have before pregnancy.

Go to your doctor ASAP for your own peace of mind, but you're probably fine.
