Whats a good smoothie recipe without any milk?
I'm lactose intolerant, so i cannot add milk or yogurt.

put frozen raspberries, sunny delight, and orange sherbet in a blender or smoothie maker.
we made this in consumer ed a few years ago and i've been using this recipe ever since. you can also change it up a bit and use the strawberries instead of raspberries :]
