Anyone know which furnace brand is better? Carrier, Keeprite, or Goodman?

I'm looking for a good reliable furnace to install into my home. I originally had Carrier but it got damaged due to a burst water pipe. Should I replace it with another Carrier or go with a different company such as Keeprite or Goodman or some other?

Which one is known to be good and reliable? Which one is the market leader? How do the other brands compare to the market leader?

Update:

I forgot to mention that the house is around 3,600sq feet in case some furnace brands are better at certain square feet than others.

Update 2:

What about other brands like Lennox, Trane, etc?

If you plan to stay in the house, I would suggest investing in the Carrier. If you plan to sell the house and just need something to get by, then there is nothing wrong with the Goodman. I have installed and serviced both brands and both are reliable. Carrier is more expensive, and Goodman is more of a value brand. There are different product features available for both brands, so I would get some quotes from local contractors and have them help you decide which is best for you. I am not really familiar with Keeprite, but they are manufactured by a company called ICP, which also makes furnaces under other brand names that I have worked on. I am not a big fan of them though, but that's just my opinion.

As stated in several archived questions & answers on Carrier products, Carrier is without question top of the line and will run flawlessly for years and years with proper maintenance. Carrier, like most any system does not like to be abused & neglected. The only problem I have with Carrier is that they are unnecessarily complicated, hard to service, unreasonably expensive and contain alot of proprietary parts. That means that when they need major work it costs out the wazoo and can only be serviced by Carrier techs. I sell Rheem whenever possible. Extremely tough, reliable, simple to service, great parts availability and solid factory support. Hell, most any HVAC supply house can get parts for a Rheem. They cost two thirds what a Carrier does and works as well or better. Thats my two cents
