I think they are racist. But no one seems to care. Members of the council have made racist comments in public. But no one cares. Whites at a city council meeting were told "whites go home" A white teamster official was told that “Those workers look like you; they don’t look like me.” Desperate, he invoked President Barack Obama's message of unity and was angrily warned, "Don't you say his name here
Where is Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton? Why aren't they protesting this obvious racism? What do you think would happen if a group of black people were told "blacks go home"? Hey, Attorney general holder said we were a nation of cowards because we don't want to talk about race. Well, lets talk about it.

Yes, a few of the city council members are racist. For some reason they think they can survive without the suburbs. They wan't the suburbs to pay to expand Cobo Center, but they do not wan't any people from the suburbs to have any control over it. Today on Fox 2, they showed one of the city council memebers singing "Onward Christian Soilders." The city needs alot of help and some of the people just keep on driving the city into a deeper hole!

Several of the members are not racist and in fact hate racism in any form. The current council president and other members constantly show they are very bias and racist. They have an us against the rest of the world attitude. Detroit's leadership lacks creditability with the exception of Ken Cockrel Jr. - The city is turning into a cesspool.

I nonetheless are not getting the perception of having 2 individuals who themselves are in warm water for his or her personal finical concerns. I say wait till eventually the EMF comes into city 1/2 them will be operating. I choose Mr Bobs became nonetheless able to sparkling domicile like he with the DPS.
