Blonde female character to cosplay at Manifest (anime convention)?

Question

I'm looking for a girl with short blonde hair. That's basically everything, I'll get a fringe or contacts if I need to. I'm trying to expand my list from, wait for it...Misa. That's it.

Can't think of any off the top of my head, but why not use a wig? You can be anyone if you get a wig. Would expand your options, although I always felt it is much better to cosplay characters you like from Anime you like rather than to cosplay whoever you look like.
