Plastic surgery Good or Bad ?

Waste of money. People should be taught beauty comes from within. Unless they are severely disfigured to the point where it interferes with their quality of life, everyone is beautiful to someone!

what u need to look at is do u want it for a good reason

are u so uncomfortable with the part of you body u want surgery on that u cant bare to look at it always crying and upset cant ever see a way out other than surgery Get help from your doctor talk to them if u still no happier then yes i think do it but be sensible if for example its your boobs don't go massive with them it will look silly and its not going to better your image it will not make people take interest in you for the right reasons just one cup size maybe 2 nothing more make sure u do research and u are 100% on what u are doing.

On the other hand it can be bad its costly painful and high risk and whatever u have done remember it requires maintenance which once again costs there is no guarantee it wont go wrong and if u have it done its hard to go back if u don't like it the other thing i will say is it is addictive....

I think anyone thinking about it should think again

I had my boobs done 20yrs ago now and I've never had a bit of trouble, I did do it for cosmetic reasons but did not get them done big, i just wanted them back to normal after breast feeding two children until they were 6 months old each. They looked like spaniels ears before surgery and like a pert 20yr olds after, i was well pleased. I'm 50 now and my boobs are still perfect, soft and pert, So i would say plastic surgery IS a good thing if you DONT go to far, and we all know what that can look like. god bless.

If done purely for cosmetics reasons then I think plastic surgery is all a bit OTT for vanity.

Plastic surgery is good for lot of reasons. People have different reasons to have plastic surgery (like lip, breast enlargement, nose , lips face etc) It is up to the consumer to decide on the best advice they get what they want for their body

Bad because those who get it done obviously have such low confidence that they will always want more. People rarely settle for just their nose or just their boobs, in my opinion it moves on to more and more. Instead of giving these people a new set of boobs they should be giving them counselling to help them love themselves for who they are because everyone is beautiful in their own way. It is just another wayt o make money out of peoples insecurities and makes me sick!

not good in my opinion. You look like what you're supposed to look like. Plus the pain involved seems hardly worth it.
