I have a bump on my vagina...?

I have had a bump on my vagina its been there for about 3 days now and the tip of it is white. It doesn't hurt or itch, well 2 days ago it itched now it doesnt, it kind of hurts when I rub something against it like when I wipe myself after I use the bathroom. What could it be? It is only in one area and the white part has spread a little since I first saw it, it sort of looks like a puss bump.

It could just be an irritated razor burn or sweat bump, if youve had unprotected sex I would get it checked out, if not, it could be anything, try and keep it clean, the urine will irritate it, if its on the outside and only the outside put some neosporin on it, it may help if its razor related, good luck.

Mostly likely it's condaloma accuminata (a.k.a. vaginal warts). If it was herpes it would hurt like hell, and there would likely be several bumps. If it was syphilis it would necessarily hurt, but it would cause a big nasty ulcer. Bottom line, go see an OB/GYN doctor.

sounds like a little abcess. use hot moist towels to bring it to a head fully. it will burst. then apply neosporin to the site. if it continues to drain or if more 'pus' appears, an antibiotic or incision and drainage may be required.

    if not....

I'd say you get it check out.
