The song during the funeral is The Sound of Silence by Simon & Garfunkel. It is one of 24 songs in the movie.
The soundtrack album to Watchmen has about half of the songs on it but you can find the videos and downloads for all the songs from the movie here:

"Hello Darkness my old friend, I've come to talk to you again"
The name of the song is "Sounds of Silence" by Simon and Garfunkel like another poster wrote. The cool thing is that Paul Simon wrote the song in dedication to JFK, and the movie revealed The Comedian as being the second gunman.

I didn't see it yet but I have a feeling it was Simon & Garfunkel's Dust in the Wind. Every movie does this.
