Can you block a person but keep them as a friend? Since I added my grand mom as a friend she's bombarded my page with meaningless crap..

no cuz then she will be taken off your friends list.....but you can always delete what she writes...just go to your profile page and put your mouse over the comment and a little box will be in the top right hand corner and click it and then click delete

no if you block her she will automatically be taken off your friends list
