Sugest me vegetarian diets.?

I quit nonvage last year and i feel unhealthy.

    On vegetarian diet you got to think of the protein intake. For that take, beans, lentils(dhal), chick peas...all legumes with high protein. Also you can eat cheese or drink more milk, if health permits.

    Eat eggs, nuts, and soy more than you usually would so you can maintain protien levels. You might want to take a vitamin daily to be safe. P.S. Congratulations on being a vegetarian for 20 days!
