tell her to contact some of the drug companies. they have programs to help people get the medications that they need.

also check to see if there are any free clinics run by retired dr's who may be able to help your friend to get what she needs

Is she in the US? Is she on Medicaid or Medicare? This is not something to play around with. Pulmonary hypertension will kill you. She needs to speak with her doctor immediately! They can help her find a solution with her insurance or with organizations or drug companies that can help her. Please encourage her to do this right away.
