If you are sentenced to die by lethal injection. . .?
Do they sterilize your arm before they start the IV? If so why, are they afraid that they may cause an infection? Because each of those alcohol pads cost money, wouldn't that windfall of big bucks be better used else where?

I know, I know, money, money,money..State of Texas uses the most, if you are going to get into trouble, do not do it there. The death penalty is lethal there. Cost of housing a prisoner, medical care, food, and supervision.
It is enough to make a person act right and fly straight. But it is the tax payers (you) who pay to incarcerate offenders. The alternative is to let them run loose. Can't seem to win can we.....thank you

Alcohol swabs cost around $3.00 for a pack of 120.
Perhaps you should look elsewhere to cut costs. lol.
