Maybe someone could tell me what this could be?

I'm in my 60's and have noticed that sometimes I get very shakey, almost to the point of getting sick to my stomach, I know I have low blood sugar, and I get plenty to eat and plenty of liquids. Have gone to Doctor, she doesn't know, so I thought I would post it here to see if someone else out there has had similiar experience?

Hypoglycemia reaction. Next time you feel that way, have some fruit juice or a sweet and sit down until it passes. It that helps than you know it is your hypoglycemia. If it doesn't then ask your GP for the 8 hour fasting glucose test. It will see just how low your blood sugar goes.

What amazes me is that your Dr. shows little concern.

Get a second opinion, get a referral from a friend for a reputable MD.

No one should get an "I don't know" from a DR without a follow-up or a referral to a specialist.
