How can I get the birds out of my house?
In my dryer hose I hear birds. The mother made a nest in it. How can I get them out of there without hurting them or the mother rejecting them? Need to dry clothes.

wait for the mother to head out to look for food (That'll take some time).
Then move the nest away (somewhere within sight) and the mom should eventually find it.

in your vent? how big are they? well pull the hose, if they aren't in the hose then they are in the wall on the way out and make sure that the vent conver on the outside of the house is big enough they can get out, or remove it for now. now call animal control. if they won't help then sorry but mom will reject them if you move them. and put the dryer hose back on so they don't come in the house itself. you can always go to the laundry matt, but birds tend to frequent the same spots over and over....so i would just turn it on when you know mom is in there so the steam will force her to move her nest

I have no idea but I laughed out loud when you said there were birds in your house and I don't know why I laughed. I saw a sausage in the road today and I laughed at that too and I was on my own. I think I need a sleep.

I would look around a for a bug spray company. Yes they do remove birds. And some of the companies will do it humanly.
