What can I do with a major in History?

I'm trying to decide which path I would want to go down when I get into college. I can't afford to double major, so I'm trying to decide (tentatively, obviously nothing is set in stone) between History or Psychology. I know the career options for psych, but what can I do with a history degree aside from teaching? And what would be different between getting a B.A. or a B.S. in either major?

Thanks for the help.

Well teaching is the obvious choice. But you can do a lot with foreign relations too. A lot of government jobs would be a good fit for a history major. Curating at a museum is also a choice.

A History Major, could run a History Army, ..... But General History, has a bigger role,.

law conversion course. A history degree will really prepare for it as you would probably be doing as much research and reading as law students (this is the same with psych)

Realistically, you can teach history, MAYBE work at a museum, or much more likely, starve.
