  • how can I make myself throw up?

I took some pills and have been drinking and I'm realizing that's not a good option. I don't want to go to the hospital to get my stomach pumped. I tried sticking fingers down my throat but it's barely bringing anything up.

  • How do I get toy clay off my car's dashboard?

My friends made a bunch of cute little models out of cheap toy clay and put in on my dashboard, thinking sun would make them dry. Awesome. What I'm left is a bunch of soggy, melted looking clay that has now spread all over my dash. I tried with water and a paper towel, but it only seems to spread the clay around. Help!

  • What can I do with a major in History?

I'm trying to decide which path I would want to go down when I get into college. I can't afford to double major, so I'm trying to decide (tentatively, obviously nothing is set in stone) between History or Psychology. I know the career options for psych, but what can I do with a history degree aside from teaching? And what would be different between getting a B.A. or a B.S. in either major?

    Thanks for the help.

  • How can I estimate stroke volume?

I'm doing a poster project for Honors Anatomy class, and I'll get 10 points extra credit (which I need) if I can figure out how to estimate my stroke volume after an activity that increases my heart rate. I know that the average stroke volume at while I am at rest is 80 mL. So how can I estimate it after my heart rate has been increased?

Also, she has dial-up...would that affect anything?

  • Need Advice For Coloring Hair?

Hey. I need a change, and I was looking into dying my hair blond, but I don't know the first thing about it.

    http://i452.photobucket.com/albums/qq250/Legendary...

That's my natural hair color. It's sort of a light brown, kinda blondish in bright light.

    http://i452.photobucket.com/albums/qq250/Legendary...

I want my hair to look sort of like the color of the girl on the right of the picture, sort of a golden blond, maybe a bit lighter.

So, what should I do? Should I do this at home, or see a professional? Is there a certain formula or dye I should use? What's the risk to my hair, and how can I counteract that?

Thanks for the help, the Answers community is awesome.

  • What's wrong with my girlfriend?

My girlfriend is having pain in her abdomen, just above her right hip. I'm afraid that she might be getting appendicitis; whenever she pees, she does it often in small amounts and it burns. Can anyone figure out what's going on? I'm worried =\

I was wondering if someone could critique my poem or make some suggestions. I don't know if I like where it ended up or not, and I'd like some second opinions.

  • Relieving Anger Together?

My girlfriend and I have been stressed lately, on different issues. We try not to, but we realize that we often release that stress towards each other, in the form of arguing. How can we relieve these emotions without hurting each other or bottling them up? Thanks.

  • Good ways to de-stress?

Between school, parents, adopt-a-grandparent, homework (the advanced placement classes don't help, either), my girlfriend, etc., I can get very stressed and can even have panic or asthma attacks because of it. Does anyone know a good way to de-stress that will fit into my schedule?

NOTE: Going outside does not work right now; the cold bothers my asthma.

  • Catch me up on presidential race.?

Unfortunately, I turn 18 two months after the presidential election. But my girlfriend is able to vote, and neither of us have paid much attention to the presidential race. Can anyone catch us up on the ideas/views of each candidate?

    Thanks.

  • My PS2 is broken?

My Playstation 2 will not load CDs at all and gives the "Cannot Read Disk" error. I've tried dusting my PS2 and I cannot clean the lens without taking it apart. Would that be the only way? If so, how do I *safely* take apart my PS2?

  • In World of Warcraft, what's the best way to get from level 35 to level 40?

I've been grinding the Scarlet Monastery Armory instance in Tirisfal Glades (I'm a level 35 Night Elf Druid), and I'm wondering if there's an easier way, seeing as it takes a long time to form a group and get to Tirisfal Glades, as well as the higher-end Horde that end up guarding the Meeting Stone. Any advice? I really want my mount and my Moonkin form =)

  • My Neck Has A Tightened Muscle?

I assume I slept on my neck wrong, I was tired and went out like a light last night. Point is, this morning a muscle suddenly tightened on the right side of my neck, reducing the mobility of my neck to looking straight forward. As of right now, I'm still in much pain, but I can turn my neck to the left and slightly until the right. I want to know, would heating it be better, or should I ice it? Should I try not to irritate the muscle, or would movement help to untighten it?
