Good ways to de-stress?

Between school, parents, adopt-a-grandparent, homework (the advanced placement classes don't help, either), my girlfriend, etc., I can get very stressed and can even have panic or asthma attacks because of it. Does anyone know a good way to de-stress that will fit into my schedule?

NOTE: Going outside does not work right now; the cold bothers my asthma.

Update:

EDIT: I don't want to get into drugs, and videogames make my parents angrier at me (which causes more stress), so that'd be counterproductive.

Hm, you should probably get some "you" time. You know, just lay in bed all day, listen to music, read books that arent related to school and just have a nap. You really need a break, even a day would do. If you wont, things would just get a whole lot crazier and we all know what that can do to a person. So take a day off for yourself to just do nothing. I hope this helps! :)

There are a lot of natural mixtures that are good for stress Im in Australia and we have one brand called Bach Flower and their destress is all natural and Im told quite effective - you could try taking a bath - just take 20 minutes out for yourself and just soak in it - you could try meditation - in its basic form start with concentrating on your breathing noting the breathing in and out and work on slowing your breathing down as when your stressed your more likely to be breathing faster.

Honestly none of the above work for me but they are worth a try - I get Panic Attacks for me its like I have adrenalin surging through my body and the surges get faster and more intense and I can feel my heart pounding etc and usually there is no real reason for it they just come - for me I take 2 valium and I take an anti-depressant that also works as a anxiety attack supressant and that usually does the trick I dont have the attacks that often any more.

The way I destress is doing something fun and relaxing. My hobby? Reading. I will pour me a nice glass of tea, sit on the couch with a warm blanket, and read a book from beginning to end. It relaxes me and when I get done, I feel all fresh and new again!
