What am I doing wrong?...no weight loss!!!?

I've been going to the gym about 3-4 times a week...I do 15-30 min of cardio. Either walking or jogging. Im eating a lot better too. The only thing I've had trouble with is breakfast. Im not used to eating in the morning...I dont get hungry. At lunch I'll have some chicken and some salad. Im drinking a lot more water. For dinner I'll just have a bowl of cereal or something. Do any of the diet pills work?? What am i doing wrong??...I have also already started weight training...but I havent seen any results. HELP!!...any suggestions will be of great help. thanks.

    You are paranoid.

    You expect to see a slimmer and toned body sometime soon.

    That everyday you wake up and look in the mirror and pull up your shirt to see your progress.

    I'm not saying it is a bad thing but it is developing into a bad habit.

    When you don't see sudden change, you'll force yourself.

    Losing weight takes time, and the next time you see your grandparents or a close relative and they come to visit and haven't seen you for a couple of months ask them if they see change?

    Also, do not try diet pills; they are severely deathly.

    You won't want to risk your life just because of your weight.

    You may want to do way more than 15-30 minutes of cardio. I found that counting calories really works for me but I also do an hour to an hour and a half of cardio everyday, or at least 5 times a week. Try upping the amount you do to 45 minutes.

    Don't skip breakfast. It really is the most important meal of the day! You really haven't been at this long enough to get real noticable results. Give it about 2 months. Slowly increase your cardio. You'll get there! You'll see! Diet pills don't work but green tea does. Drink it everyday and watch fat start to melt. Good Luck!

    You are not eating propperly. Go speak to a nutritionalist. Spice up your workout and do something else. Walking and jogging help a little on the waist and a lot on the legs, but you also need to work on the other parts of your body. It can sometimes take days, even weeks before results start to show.

    dear if u have just started the gym then pls dont expect any weight lose for frist month..as ur body will be use to it only after 2month start... stay on compelet juices for next 2 months..and water...in morning or afternoon have special k challeneg keloges..they are the best... have fresh juices..no banana or mango ls..any juice with out sugar pls..i garuntee u losing 10 kgs in 2 months time..

    stand up and walk atleast 5 mins after evry 2 hours while working
