    It means a 'spanking'... Dar una zurra... give a spanking.

    Te dio una zurra ---> He or she gave you a spanking.

    The closest Spanish word that I know of to what you have given is "zorra." This word has two meanings, commonly: 1. a vixen, a female fox.; 2. a whore, a slut, a temptress.
