Does my chart look Triphasic?

It looks like the link might be broken or something...it comes up in html coding when I click on it. I don't usually trust OPK's anymore, I just use BBT and checking my cervical position and CM, that seems to work great. Wish I could be more help. Hopefully you can get the link to work.
