Does this actually clean?

Every weekends my buddy have a drink at this bar, Unfortunately I see The bartender dip the used glasses in dishpans behind the Bar. Does this glasses safe to use?

If the dishpans have a bit of disinfectant in them, and the glasses are rinsed, and polished dry with a clean towel, they are clean enough.

Your body doesn't require a bacteria free environment. And you're drinking alcohol out of the glasses anyway. I wouldn't stress over it.

there are these "special" chlorine bleach etc. tablets that are put in those dishpans that supposedly kill germs and clean them through dipping.

but, yeah, no. they aren't clean.
