What the heck happened to SpellCheck?
It is bothersome enough that e-mail notification of "Best Answer" has been stopped, but removing the SpellCheck option really sucks.
Granted it was a PIA that the SpellCheck didn't recognize vast numbers of words, but it beats the heck out of having to proof read three times before posting.
And while I'm asking a question, what happened to "E-mail notification of new answers." Even thought the "e-mail notification" button was checked, I got no notification on the last two questions I posted.

I don't know what happened to SpellCheck, mine still works, but I have noticed a lamentable decline in peoples' spelling lately, not least on this forum. Even if SpellCheck is used, basic grammatical errors - such as confusing "there, they're and their", or "Two, too and to" occur frequently. However, it is heartening to know that there are people around who know how to use big words, such as "hoplophobe" - this gives me faith in the future of humanity.
And I still receive email alerts of best answers, so I don't know what's wrong there, either.

i'm still getting email notifications when i get a best answer
even when the spell checker was still avalible here, i'd run it thru that spell check, then i'd open a new tab and use the spell checker in the email to do a better job (especially with words i know for a fact i can't spell)
Lord knows we need the spell checker!
i'm not even bothering proof reading what i post that many times acutally, yea, i'm getting a little lazy, i just put that the spell checker wasn't working- so forgive me
jk -->besides, i'm not writing a report for lit, so i aint gonna proof read THAT many times lol
weird thing is during lunch when i check my email (go to the art room to check my email and to work on art projects), the spell checker works at school though.... that's a little backwards

the spell check is crazy, it's working today on my answers but yesterday it was not, another glitch.maybe your email notification is a glitch also, i didn't opt for that. there have been many glitches this week.

yahoo sucks, you shouldn't be suprised.
I recommend iespell as a free program to download and check your stuff. I have it...I always forget to use it, but I have it.

i dont kno, i was just wondering also. maybe everyone was complaining so they got rid of it... BUT WE NEEED IT!!!!

hmmm the spell check was working earlier......dont know wat happened 2 it now....
hopefully it'll be functional again...
