If someone is Chinese. Is their race considered Chinese or Asian?

Mongoloid is the race.

Chinese nor Asian is a race.

Chinese is the nationality. Asian is an adjective to describe people from the continent of Asia e.g. Eurasians from Afghanistan, Caucasians from Iran, Austro-Mongoloids from southeast asia or Mongoloids from China, Japan or Korea.

Asian is the race and Chinese is a nationality/ethnicity. Although, Chinese can be broken down into further ethnic groups.

i.e. I'm Chinese-American because my parents were born in China, but I was born in the U.S. so my nationality is American and my ethnicity is Han Chinese.

Lol wth? theres still people nowadays that don't knwo that chinese is a NATIONALITY and Asian is a RACE?

Mongoloid = Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc

Negr0id = African (black)

Caucasoid = European (white) Middle Eastern

Australoid = Aboriginals and various pacific islanders

Their race is Asian.
