I believe the most volatile fuel would either be nitroglycerin or the jet fuel the military uses on aircraft carriers. I've heard that Nitro. can explode if simply handled or bumped the wrong way whereas certain jet fuels can ignite on a carrier deck with just the friction of your boot through a puddle of it. Don't quote me on that, it might just be some hollywood stuff, but do me a favor and don't blow yourself or anyone else up, O.K.? Not like you could find it at you local hardware supply, just don't do anything dumb Otherwise it's all about nuclear devices like the hydrogen and atom bombs.

When you ask your question, you asked the most dangerous explosive, however not which one would be most likely to harm an average person. I would probably say if you can figure out how to stabilize pure oxygen, but still be able to set it off, that would be it.
