Can flexible hose be used to repair supply line for in-ground pool?

Our in-ground pool had a supply line that developed a leak at an elbow joint. Unfortunately, it's in the middle of several other parallel pipes so replacing the elbow and piping with regular rigid PVC is rather impossible. Is it within code to use a flexible hose instead? I live in San Diego so ground freezing is not a problem.

i have always been told to when you do a job, do it right. just replace the pipe with pvc. you might have to cut other lines to replace the leak but you should replace it with pvc. dont cop out. dont be lazy. i am always frustrated when I have to fix other peoples half-assness.

however, if you are talking about flex pipe.....i have been guilty of using it. it's sch 40. sometimes you have to use that stuff, and it is just as strong as pvc. just dont use heated pvc or pvc heated to mold. i dont know what the job looks like though.

A tick flex pipe two head screw (from 9" till 24") if there's possibility of earth quick. This is include gas connection to the features such as oven and water heater (none copper with fire protection).
