since you watch Ghost in the Shell I recommend Wolf's Rain, and Otogizoshi: The Legend of Magatama. But i also recommend Hunter x Hunter, it's really good.

Neon Genesis Evangelion

Naruto is an ok anime- it's better by like 100 times in the manga though. Bleach is a good anime, (again, better in the manga), and Tsubasa: Resevoir Chronicles is pretty good. The Loveless anime isn't bad either, kinda stupid music, though...and Code Geass is really good. I've never heard of Ghost in the Shell, so i dunno what it's like, but I hope those helped.
