When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow

underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without

exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For

diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food

after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey

cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your

diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to

calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the

most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a

lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,

disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a

bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

i'm 5'1" and was weighing about 110. now i'm 100. i've been eating a bit less and cooking more. eggs and ham for breakfast. sandwich for lunch. staying away from really greasy foods. i took up cycling and it really helps. for short rides i'll do 25 miles [hills are really good]. i coupled that with running about 5.5 miles. i'm training for an event but i didnt really realize that i was losing a couple pounds til people pointed it out. anyway, maybe try about 1 hr of running 3 times a week and add in some cycling for cardio. its fun and you meet new people. :)

oh and yes, green tea first thing in the morning does help. i tried that for a month while running 4-5 times a week (for about an hour or so) and i saw results pretty quick. just remember to eat less [and healthy] while doing that. its all about hard work and determination. i know you can do it.

Your actually at a good weight now. If you have problem areas, I would focus on toning those, instead of losing the lbs! Of course to stay healthy and keep your good weight, you need to eat right, and exercise regularly. Also, a healthy rate of weight loss is 2-3 lbs/week. And you will always lose more right at the beginning, and if your doing any kind of weight training, you will actually gain some weight, because muscle weights more than fat. But that's a good thing, because it also burns more calories than fat

    Good Luck!

watch all the calories you eat.

dont eat carbs. carbs are baddd <_<

try not to eat after 6pm

if you think you're full, dont eat more.

eat until full, also try to workout at least twice a week.

    :)
