how can I help my Husband?

My husband has lost his confidence...

He recently found bad news about his parents, and has had to tell them he never wants to see them again. (Its a valid reason to divorce his parents).

However, ever since the news broke about his parents, he's a bit withdrawn...Has become very clingy, and unconfident. He thinks he is going to loose me as well.

I keep telling him I love him, we do activities together, and our relationship is fine...but I need to know how I can get him confident again. How to tell him that life goes on regardless of giving up your parents. How to tell him its not his fault?

I just want my confident, fun loving hubby back? Help!

Your husband is blessed to have such a wonderful and supportive wife. Good for you to be so supportive of him. About the only thing you can do, in addition to what you are already doing, is give him time. Keep on doing things together with him, but don't push him. Give him space, when he needs it, and in time, his heart will heal. And he will appreciate how wonderful you are. God's blessings to you and your husband.
