I had dog that did this, and nothing stopped her! You just have t try to clean it up as soon as you can.

Sometimes it just becomes a learned habit,to immediately eat their own feces after they are done. Two things you can do,clean it up straight away..or immediately after the dog has done his Business, call him away from it and offer him a treat that's more appealing than his own feces. Or alternatively, call the dog away and offer it something else to do,something that is interesting to the dog-play ball whatever. Whatever motivates the dog enough not to want to eat his own feces. So when you see the dog getting ready to eliminate, before he gets a chance to even turn around and look at it distract him straight away, make a noise, whistle, tin can with something in it,anything. Then call him,and give him a really tasty treat, something that is better than his feces..or play ball, games etc..whatever motivates him. While you are doing this, have someone go and clean away the dogs feces. After a while, the dog will forget about turning around to eat the feces and concentrate on playing or a treat. Hope this will help a little

Change their diet. Dogs eat using their sense of smell.
If you reduce the amount of meat in the diet then they stop eating the feces.
There is nothing wrong in a dog eating feces by the way, unless you don't treat your dogs for worms or allow them to eat feces from dogs outside your owns'. It is only a human repulsion that is the problem.
They are well and truly over it, when you are over it they can go back to doing what they do in the wild!! FACT!!
Oh you can go the expense of putting that crap in their diet that is supposed to put them off eating it, but again, you will see, this stuff masks the smell which is what I just explained. The sooner you are over it then the dog will be happy.
Edit note: Worms in dogs does not make them eat feces. Dogs eating feces is not a sign of a deficiency in their diet. This is all pure falacy from donkey's years ago. It is now a known fact that dogs eat feces because to them it smells like MEAT which is a hand me down from human domesticity of dogs and dog food manufacturer's processing food to smell strongly of meat. Well let's face it they want to sell their product and if dogs' don't eat it then we won't buy it.

It may have worms. Take it to the vet to get checked out.
Pick up the poop as soon as they do it!
