What happened to the Ten Commandments?

Why are we supposed to blindly accept that Jesus Christ died for our sins? Aren't we responsible for our own?

If you ask your Pastor if God requires true Christians to keep the Ten Commandments, you may get a response about being saved by grace, or that the Ten Commandments are a good moral guide but that you "don’t have to keep them since you are saved by grace." There is confession of sins also.

How can Christians call themselves so and not try to live like Christ?

the law is for the lost. now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law,so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to god.therefore no one will be declared rightious in his sight by observing the law;raher through the law we became counscious of sin romans3:8-10 the law shows man his need for salvation.what then, was the purpose of the law? it was added because of transgression until the seed to whom the promise referred had come..but the scripture declares that the whole world is a prisoner of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in jesus christ, might be given to those who believe.before this faith came, were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. so the law was put in charge to lead us to christ that we might be justified by faith. galatians3:19-20,23-24

faith is the denial of remark so as that concept might want to be preserved. for sure the international evolves and alterations, and is way from being a similar because it replaced into on the time that Jesus would or would not have lived in. unlike Buddism, which i evaluate more desirable of a philosophy fairly then a faith, Christianity doesnt regulate its perspectives in step with what's referred to, and therefor human beings are forced to "destroy the commandments" as a fashion to operate in society, and the obdurate christians, unwilling to structure theyre beliefs, thinks its more desirable ideal to easily use a loophole like "kept by technique of grace" as a fashion to withold theyre ridiculous beliefs.

And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these. A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. If ye love me, keep my commandments.

The sabbath commandment is not repeated in the New Testament. The other nine are repeated anywhere from four to sixty times.
