I am in Northern VA, so there may be a difference in locality costs, but I have a townhouse with 25 airducts and I got quotes anywhere from 199 to 475. I am going with a mid-range quote of 299 to do all the ducts (and returns), clean the furnance, the dryer vents, and apply sealant. I'm sorry - I don't know what trunks are, so I can't help with that. Good luck!

I've cleaned many ducts to great benefit for the occupants of the home, and I've also not cleaned ducts (which was also a benefit) I find that most debris is in the return air duct and/or chamber under the air handler. And this, generally a result of poor or no filtration. Duct cleaning is effective at the removal of dust and loose debris, but it is not effect on mold, and can actually make matters far worse. Sorry, I'm tired and have to go to bed. Good luck!

the cost depends on the number of ducts and the length of them. try calling local contractors and get quotes.
