Fatigue after a sinus infection?

I am a middle aged woman in good health. I had a bad head cold, which turned in to what probably was a sinus infection (nasal congestion, runny nose, headache, pain on the side of head - ear, jaw, pain behind and around eyes etc.) without fever. I handled it with OTC meds. after 2 weeks it is gone. Saw a doc for a physical, everything is Ok. But I am still terribly tired, weak, dizzy all the time. Tiny bit of activity (walking to the basement in my own small house) makes me almost dizzy with weakness. It is now 3 weeks since the start of cold.... Is this just result of the sinus infection? feels as if I had pneumonia or mono, or something really serious, not a cold, to feel so run down for so long...

I even have hypersensitive reactions that's many of the challenge for my sinuses. i replaced into advised some years in the past to take Mucinex because of the fact it has gufanesin (spelling?) in it and it facilitates shop element skinny and shop it from blocking off the sinues. It easily worked for 2 years and that i did no longer have one in those 2 years. i'm seeing an ENT this week for my sinuses and that i will would desire to be "roto rootered". I even have met numerous people later who've had it executed and that they say they the two have had not greater or very few or much less extreme. i could propose the ENT to you besides would. i'm 40 3 years old and that i've got had adequate sinues themes. i could propose you attempt to get it fastened in the past you're 40 3.
