A Windsmith or Wind Tech starting salary was 24,900 - 35,000 in 2007. They are becoming more and more in demand that companies are not waiting for the students to completely finish before they are offering them a job. The startig salary in 2008 was 35,000 - 40,000. There is a high demand for green energy now and they need people to maintain and repair them.
