Work uniform? ?
I’ve just started a job at Morrison’s in their distribution centre and I asked if there is a uniform as I never got told.. they said anything smart and comfortable... is this adequate as smart... and it’s comfortable to wear for a 12 hour shift... I have 4 shirts so I have a clean out every day... as it’s 4 in 4 off.... I haven’t met any of my co-workers so see what they wear.

Black clothes usually work, comfortable shoes. I would just wait and see what they are wearing, they will certainly cut you some slack on day 1.

I worked in a food distribution centre and absolutely nobody got uniform straight away, it doesn't matter to them because nobody will see you. They should give you at least a high vis and some boots but just wear your own old clothes.
