what does it mean in the disney movie cars when mcqueen says 'serpentine'?

The quote Serpentine, Serpentine is a movie connection with an old movie the in-laws in which the main character says

Vince Ricardo: Serpentine Shelly. Serpentine!

Hes referring to the way hes driving the car - use a serpentine driving pattern (swaying back and forth like a snake) to help being avoided by the other car.

Im not sure about the blue blazer one, probably just an exlamation like 'oh my stars' and such that dont really make a whole lot of sense.

serpentine means snake - McQueen needs to drive snake like because he thinks he's being shot at.

The sherriff says, "blue blazes" i think which is just an expression of amazement.
