Korean Celebrities don't give out personal addresses for privacy and safey reasons. I'm sure a lot of fans send him stuff through his company though and you could count on it getting to him because a lot of people in korea do that to. my friends have done it before. you should try to look for which company he is associated with and find there address and send it in his name to

the company address.

If ever I send a letter to Kim Hyun Joong's company, is there any assurance that he gets the letter?

But, anyways, you should send it through his company, so they would give it to Kim Hyun Joong whenever. Celebrities need some privacy and personal space you know. They can't have thousands of people at their door everyday, wouldn't it be a bit too much?
