losing weight, boobs go first?

I have started running and cutting calories lately and I cant help but notice that I have lost almost a whole cup size...I have hardly lost any pounds around my waist, hips, etc. anyone else experience this? what can i do to get my boobs back!? and still lose weight in other areas??

    boobs do go first in losing weight cause they are well "fat". the only way you going to get them back is gain the weight back. maybe you could just "tone up" other parts of your body but still be the same weight? I lost 60lbs a few years ago and went down a cup size but after it went down i stopped losing my boobs. so maybe thats whats gonna happen to you. I dont regret losing the weight i do miss my boobs though!

    There is a diet pill that suppoed to help a women lose weight. My mom tried it and she didnt lose any of her boobs. I cant remember the name of the pill tho..

    jog on the treadmill at 4 mph for 25 minutes or at 7 mph for 9 minutes

    fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

    keep a food journal and weight yourself regularly to track your progress

    you may be used to fried foods but there are other sometimes healthier ways to cook including roasting steaming poaching baking braising and broiling

    try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats
