    really great romanctic comedy anime

    the guys name is Seiji Sawamura

    I believe that would be Midori Days (Midori no Hibi). ^^

    The blonde boy is Seiji Sawamura, a misunderstood tough guy who wakes up one day with the girl who has a crush on him literally replacing his infamous "devil's right hand." Nice series, both manga and anime, although at times there're some fanservice shots that might be a turn-off. Overall, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a good new show. =D
