home remedies for cellulite and stretch marks?

i have major cellulite on my butt and thighs, and stretch marks from weight loss on my hips, butt and thighs. are there any home remedies to treat these?

    The person who first answered this question was essentially right on the money:

    however, i do know some home remedies. for the stretchmarks, apply cocoa butter religiously as often as possible, along with vitamin E

    for the cellulite, rub used coffee grounds on you thighs. its rumoured by Brazilian women that this works (and look at THEM).

    None that work.

    The cellulite is, obviously, subcutaneous fat that can be seen through the skin. The only way to get rid of it is to burn it, which means working out. If you've lost weight without working out, I strongly suggest getting into a cardio and weight regimen. Otherwise, the weight will likely come back later and you will have no muscle mass, which isn't pretty, and the skin will sag. I'm not saying this to be mean, because I avoided this after losing almost 80 pounds by working out religiously.

    As far as the stretch marks, once they're there you'll have to use something to make them appear less prominent, but nothing will get rid of them (unless you desire plastic surgery -- they can drastically improve the look of the marks). Bio Oil is a good product for reducing the prominence of stretch marks.

    I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

    However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

Water is good for the skin, and can help improve elasticity and make your skin look tighter and younger. This not only makes you look younger, but can help tighten the skin on the thighs and butt.

    Exercise - Many so-called "experts" claim that running, biking, and cardio are good ways to get rid of cellulite. While this is partially true, its certainly not the fastest or most effective way to do it. Targeted resistance training can deliver much faster and more noticeable results. It's also more effective at burning fat than doing cardio, contrary to popular belief.

    the best thing to get rid of the cellulite is to start training. then you doing two things at the same time. your getting rid of the cellulite and your getting in shape.
